Information That May Be Collected
A query typed into a search box is sent to the third-party company that powers that tool. The provider’s own privacy terms govern its handling of the query. If a visitor sends a message, we receive the supplied name, email address, and message text.
Servers and service providers may also log technical details such as an IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and approximate visit time. Cookies or similar browser storage may support basic functions, traffic measurement, advertising, and remembering preferences.
How Information Is Used

Search partners use submitted queries to return their own results. We do not receive or host the official Esmeralda County jail, court, or NDOC records shown by government systems.

Pages link to the Esmeralda County Sheriff, Nevada courts, NDOC, Nevada S.A.V.E., federal locators, and other independent resources. Those sites set their own privacy and cookie practices. Following a link moves the visitor into that operator’s system.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee complete security. Message and technical data may be kept only as long as needed for operations, legal duties, dispute handling, and abuse prevention, then deleted or de-identified when practical.
